Newbie looking for some advice on depotrone

Hello

I am thinking about taking depotrone for 12 weeks, is it ok for me to just take depotrone or should i include something else with it? how many times a week should i inject it? the depotrone injections are 2ml and they contain 200mg testosterone cypionate.

ALL advice will be appreciated

Im 27 years old, i'm 6ft6 tall, weigh 90kgs, and i have roughly 15% body fat
