here is the cycle

500 test week 12 week
300 deca 10 week
dbol 4 weeks

pct
nolva, clomid, l-dex

here is my question. Ive read many mixed reviews on these next two subject. I need you all to chime in...success, knowledge, or professional/clinical experience.

should I shoot 250 test (2 times a week, every 3.5 days?)

or 1 shot of 500 (one time a week)

also, the 300 deca. I have read you can mix test and deca in same shot?
what would be the best way to do this with dosing. I Want the best gains to prolong test periods.

1.........................1 shot 500 t? another shot 300 d

2.........................2 shots 250 t another shot 300 d

3.........................1 shot 250 t/ 150 d, 3.5 days later another shot same mix

4.........................1 shot 500 t/ 300 d

5.........................1 shot 250t /300 d, 3.5 days later 1 shot of 250t

check these combinations. which is the one I should be doing to do this the best way. Hope you all can understand my matrix.

I was originally going to do #2, but I dont know if that is the most efficient. A friend of mine said you can do 500 test all one shot, and deca all one shot. but I dont know about being the best way to gain.

i wld go with number 3... by the way that's every 3.5 days if u r using test e... prop is everyday... also if this is your first cycle u shld think about test only... but if not bump the deca up to 400mg a week and run it for 12 weeks running the test e at least a week longer...

if it's test e u need to do 2 shots a week to help keep blood levels constant which will help with sides..

yes its QV TEST E, i was thinking 250 every 3.5 days. Now the deca running at 150 shots does the best? so basically

250T+150D .......3.5 days......... 250T150D
