Question for first cycle

I'm 33 and want to start my first cycle. Currently in 5'10, 195 lbs and have been lifting pretty heavy for about 6 years. I'd like to keep my cycle to about 8 weeks or less. I have Deca and Sus 250, Clenbutorol and plenty of injectible Winstrol. My goal is to gain about 15 to 20 pounds of cut solid muscle and keep it, and maintain a good cardio ability. Right now I'm thinking Deca and Sus (tapering w/ a max of 500mg of Sus). Is this decent? When do I start the Winny in the cycle. I also have Nolvadex as a treatment, when would this iniate? All my products are injectables. Whats the best way to mix the products to reduce injections. Any info would be appreciated.

you wont want to taper.....i personally dont like sust i would go with a solid estered test as for the winny i dont like that either

Would it be best to start w/ Deca at 250 and Sus at 400 for an entire 6 weeks, or should I start w/ deca at 250 and bump it up to around 300 and start w/ Sus at 250 and peak around weeks 2-5 at 500. Unfortunately Sus is all I can get, and I wish I knew more about how to use the stuff. Also, when should I add the Winny?

some will say to shoot the sust EOD but i think twice a week will be fine dont taper it all....run your deca at 300mg per week add the winny your last 6 weeks

Sust wk 1-8 500mg
Deca wk 1-7 300mg
winny wk 2-8 50mg/day
nolva 10mg/ed

Pct would start 18 days after last injection of sust
