You should have a rotation of Delts,tris,quads,and glutes.Bi's are for hardcore fellas.Not sure you want to go there quite yet.Originally Posted by Pimp_C

delts - 25 guage 1 inch.
if u wanna see what real pain is like. go head and do the bi's but like pinnacle said. wouldnt reccomend it.
done bicep injections before not that bad, are delts better
My current rotation is:
Ventro Glute, (side or medial glute)
Pectoralis,
Vastus lateralis, (outer quad)
Deltoid,
Rectus femoris (upper middle quad)
All are injected with a 25g 1" and all are easy for me to reach, aspirate etc. Triceps are fairly easy to reach but can be a bit tricky to inject correctly.

My friend only injects winny into his bi's and holy sh*t, great results...been to much a p*ssy to try it myself. I rotate the glutes and so far no scarring, tried the delts once but did not like it! Anyone try the Traps? I have read that its not bad. Also Imagine doing shrugs with traps full of sus![]()

I won't do traps or calfs, too many nerves in the traps for my taste, calfs are a painful injection for me and then there's the whole deep vein thrombosis threat. I'd do lats if I could reach them, too old and stiff I guess.
