Startint PCT When to start NEW CYCLE???

I am starting PCT in 2 days.... took my last test shot 3 weeks ago...my last cycle was 10 weeks long... wanted to start new cycle.... how much after PCT should I wait... I was going to wait 5 more weeks??

Any opinionos??

The common rule is time off = cycle duration + PCT.
This can be difficult to adhere to.

stay off for 8-10 weeks, in the long run its better for you.

time on = time off is a general rule meaning that the longer your cycle the longer you wait to start again. It's good to abide by this rule if you plan on maintaining a normal hormonal balance as you get older. I'd say just wait it out if you can and save money for a kickass next one, ya know. but to each his own, if you can't wait shoot for an 8wk break after pct. don't want to regret it later
