I have a question about my new cycle im going on. Im going to do 5 weeks of sust at 500mg a week. I was wondering if it would be better to kick start it with anadrol 50 or dbols. And if so how many weeks should I be on orals till I start the sust? Any help would be apreciated.

You need to research more bro. Anadrol is for advanced users only, so that is out of the question. Also, you dont take an oral, then take sustanon . You start them both at the same time, but only go 2-4 weeks on the oral. I would advise just running Sustanon by itself this time. You dont need any orals.

I agree with Mike. you need to do more research first.
If you did, you would see that your cycle is too short, and also you should be only running the sust on this one.
