Deca & Nose Bleeds

It may be the combination of the deca in my cycle and the fact that I had a head cold, but I got a nose bleed this afternoon and a very slight one after showering tonight. I know this is known to be one of deca's sides,

but is there anything i can do or take to help remedy the problem?

check your blood pressure. nose bleeds are not caused by deca, but by steroids increasing blood pressure.

I might just be overanalyzing, it happens to me once in a while anyway even though my blood pressure is normally low.

I get them on deca all the time its nothing to worry about, wouldnt it be great if all roids were side-less

Possibly hypertension.

I am prone to nose bleeds. And they get a littel worse on deca. But go to the store and buy some nassel spray for a dry nose. It helps for me.
