Thats pretty good, so Yea I would say so. If you were below 200 It would be bad. I think a normal male is 400-1000... but dont qoute me on that.

It totally depends on the range, but based on the most common lab ranges, you are good. You haven't taken any SERMs (nolvadex, clomid, evista) in the past 3-4 weeks, have you?

Next time, have the run a free testosterone test. Its a more accurate indicator.

yeah i stopped nolva and clomid just before it. what does that mean?

Well if you stopped clomid and had the blood test right after, you wouldn't know if it's the clomid just bumping up your test level or your natty test level.
