    quick inj. question

    Can I just alternate from right glute to left glute for 12 weeks of test-e 250 mgx2?
    I know its recommended to rotate but I'm real comfortable with glute shots.

    Its my first time and the glutes were cake, but my test is 330mg/ml and I'm afraid it will hurt something awful if i go there.

    i cant even hit my glutes myself yet .. not with 25gs but i perfer to rotate let injection spot pains and less likely for scar tissue anywhere

    the more sites u use the less chance u have of an abscess. now tell me is that worth it when delts and quads are so easy?

    I guess I have a fear of hitting an artery or nerve in the quads or delts, because I dont have a crystal clear picture or diagram of exactly where to shoot. I have spot inj. com and a couple others, but they are not clear. Does anyone have a site or download of an exact place to shoot?thanks

    spot injections is fine. there is no specific spot as long as u r hittin the large muscle of the quad or delt. in reality the only spot that is off on spot injection is the glute pic.

    Just curious. Why do you think the glute shot is off? Thats where I do it.
