nolv question please

I have Nolvadex in powder form in capsuls, but only need 1/2 amount of whats in a capsul.
Can I mix the powder with a drink or do I have to cap them up?
Thanks for any feedback.

ive run into the same problem....im not sure how it would taste in your mouth, usually stff thats capped is pretty bitter .....hoow many mg?

Anyone?I'm assuming its ok to mix it with juice or milk, but I'm not sure.

Most of the times UGL's will overcap their capsules. My nolvadex is also in capsule form at 50mg so really it's a little bit higher then that. What I do is just break open the capsule and pour a little bit on my tongue which is around 10-20mg and wash it down with water. I'm not probably getting the exact amount I want, but it's close enough for me and it stops gyno. I use liquid nolva for PCT so I can measure out exactly the amount I need.

Why do you need an exact calculation for pct?
