okay im getting sides from my sust250 cycle, and its end of week 4, def real gear, training is good, diet is v good, eating shitloads every single day, but it still doesnt seem to have kicked in yet ! , strength or gains!?!? ahh im goin mental!!!

ive bn thru this before , tho i know ull flame me, i weigh 203lbs, 10% b/f, 6 ft tall
lifting 2.5 years...and im nearly 20.

750mg sust 250 a week, mon,wed,fri injections... im eating a good 7 meals a day, 5 consist of rice and either chicken or fish, plenty of carbs, and flax seed oil, shud i up what im eating?
Eat 'til you can't stand it, then eat some more. Esp if you are prone to being skinny you really need super high intake of calories.
lol yeah man im eatin like a mofo i try and eat extra stuff on top off all my meals every day, its a total basturd !.lol. maybe i am getting gains and i dont realise? i always feel like i dont get ne bigger when i do...
