****SECOND CYCLE****--quickie question
ok the first one was d/bol-test e(500 per wk)-12 wks, my skinny ass
went from 155 to 178-got bitch slapped by some serious personal probs
and lost about 10lbs during pct, ive been eating my ass off and got most of it back, so here i am good to go again
wk 1-16 --500 or 750 test e per wk
wk 1-14 --400 0r 500 eq per wk
standard pct
i have a super fast metabolism and not sure if i should up the doses

bro, im 41 and been doing this a while naturally, like i said
i pound the food but its real hard to make it stick for any amount of time
i have a very fast paced job and 2 lil ones that keep me running all the dam time,

sup killa, noticing that your on this site asking about aas usage, also your 41yrs old, i will asume you want aswers about aas usage.....mranak.........
i like your cycle, test//eq is a great combo. to see results from the eq you should keep the dose at 500mg+, by wk 12 you'll have pipelines runing through your arms. 14wks is a great duration to run the eq... the test dose is up to you. i'd say keep it around 600mg wkly, but do what you'd prefer, 750 is not overkill mind you. hell if i was 41 i'd go with 750mg test and bring back that inner youth, the Mrs. will love it
my recomendation:
750mg test wk1-15
600mg eq wk 1-14

thanks for the input bro,
im 6 ft and 170 lbs as of today, my last test only cycle kicked ass
as far as minimal sides and reasonable gains, ive been really hitting the
weights with great intensity and its showing off nicely, im 41 but i still get proofed at some bars so i ll take the youthfull looks as a major plus
BUT getting the weight to stick is a full time job, but with enough meals im friggen determined, im pretty sure i have enough gear to make it 16 wks
with a healthy front load and 2 extra weeks of test only,
again thanks and any tips keepem coming

i know there are a lot of peeps who use the--I CAN T GAIN WEIGHT AS A COP OUT
but i think ive been dealing with this for quite a while, im just saying its hard to eat 8-
10 meals aday with my life style,if i was doing this and only this then maybe but with
a 65 hr work week and 2 small kids i do the best i can with the time i have

750mg/week of testosterone is too much. Many guys start to see sides after they go past 500mg and besides that, at your size you simply don't need anything more than 500mg/week.

my diet is probably too clean, and as far as getting enough rest i do my best
i seem to gain the most with lean red meat,oatmeal,cottage cheese,eggwhites and no more than 3-50 gram whey shakes a day, i seem to lean out real fast with tuna and chicken, so im trying to mix it up a lil, im sticking with 600 test and 400 eq, i frontloaded the big dose last night and from here on in its mondays and thursdays
