Numbness in Left Cheek
Have a small problem. Did shot of Deca 2days ago, and must have went past the target area. I have a small numb area on my cheek (towards the outside). Going on 2 days like this. Ive messed up once or twice before and gotten a lump but this is different. Will it subside or should see a doctor?

No big whoop . . .
You probably hit, or came close to, a vein, nerve, or nerve ending. It should subside within a few days, assuming that the gear you shot was not contaminated. (I assume that this was not the first time you used this particular batch.) Be thankful you don't have any pain or didn't develop an abcess.

Seriously, bro, that is unlikely at this point, since it is now three days since the injection. If it had abcessed, you would have had actual pain as opposed to numbness, and would likely have had a fever due to the infection caused by the abcess.
Chances are that you will never know what caused this particular numbness, but as long as it continues to improve (which may be over the course of the next week or two), you'll be fine.
