you forgot potassium, i run both cuz the cramps really get to me, even with over a gallon of water a day. 80-100mcg for a girls seems a bit high bro...there's a study out there in which they figured a safe dose a clen on a mg/lb bw, in order to steer clear of possible thickening of the myocardium...and i remember that 80mcg was the upper limit for me, and that was when i was about 230 (now i'm at 250 so it would be higher, but you get my point)...JMO
