im wondering how effective clen would be withouht an ECA, im might not be able to get hold of ephedrine and im wondering how long should i run the clen on its own?, should i still do the 2 weeks on 2off deal or is there any othere way i can take it and for how long.?

You should be able to ephedrine over the counter.

Look at getting some Hydroxocut or some Exandrine.

ephedrine is illegal in canada and even if it was legal it wouldnt matter cause im tottally out of cash and i might have to do clen on its own, so i need some help on how to run it on its own.

start with two pills and increase by one until you feel shakes. keep that dosage for two weeks. stop for two weeks and repeat.

the pause between clen cycles is where we insert ECA stacks. Try it and see what results you get. I would opt for saving it until you have the cash for eca, totally off for two weeks might lead you to kill your results and waste your clen.

how do you guys split up the dosage?. lets say your taking six pills in a day would you take lets say 3 in the morning and the next three in the afternoon, im sorta confused on how to split up the pills throughout the day.

Wow! I can't believe the lack of knowledge here!! Ephedrine can be bought anywhere in Canada. I buy it OTC here in Calgary. I used to buy 1000 25 mg tabs for $100 Cdn. They only makes 8mg tabes now.

Ephidrine may be controlled, but it's still easy as heck to get.

I just go to the health food stores, point to the hydroxocut and say "Got any of the REAL shit... not this crappy made for canada stuff" Worked really well for me so far...
