    New guy with a question

    I am planing on taking sustanol once a month do i need to take anything else with that?

    as the "new guy" you should have taken advantage of the board man! you can learn everything you will ever need to know about gear, training, diet, and supplements from this board... i recommend doing some research, read the faq's and the stickys in all of the sections, go on the website itself and read up on some more information then post an intelligent question man, ull get a lot more credit from the board if you show that youve put sum effort into your question and took the time to learn.

    you can shot up to 1000mgs of sustanon per week...and not need nolvedax...but you need it during your pct.

    mugz. sustanon should be shot every other day. you can get away with twice a week shots. once a month is for HRT patients in the 70's. read up and you'll learn alot here. good luck
