ok, i finally did my shoulder for the first time last night before my workout.. it started to hurt so bad i was thinkin i wasnt gonna be able to do my chest workout.... anyways i sucked it up and did my workout. Today i cant lift my arm.. im not gonna be able to workout again till the pain goes away.. this is what i was afraid of... i stuck the whole 1.5 inch in my shoulder.. is that too much.. it didnt hurt at all going in...anyways im not gonna risk pinning shoulders again.. gonna have to take my shit eod..
