    one time a week or two

    I'm combining Deca and Test C (400mg of Deca and 500mg if Test), you guys split the dose during the week or you guys take a single shot in the week. I'm planing to take it twice a week but what days you guys think I should inject?
    Trying to split the dose in the week but can figure out what two days should I use to inject "Help"

    Split doses 2Xs/wk.....Sun/Wed...or...Mon/Thur.
