OK. Here is the deal. For the past month I have been pushing myself so hard through workouts that the next day my body wont function. I seriously need like 8 advil when I wake up if I want to be able to goto class and function. Anyone have any recomendations for painkillers that I can take daily and I wont build a tolerance too or get addicted to. If this is how I feel now I can't imagine how I will feel when I get home and have acces to a Gym thats 100x better then what I have here. Not to mention my friends pushing me even harder.
