yo guys, i started my new cycle 2.5 weeks ago and things aren't going the way i want it.
- weight has upped with 5lbs
- feel tired all day long
- muscles are tired and feel mushy all day long
- strenght has gone backwards
- feelin a bit depressed
these are all the ****ed up things that began when i started this cycle:
week 1-12: Sustanon 500mg
week 1-11: Boldenon/Eq 400mg
week 2-6 : Tboll 40mg/day
week 10-14: winstrol 50mg ED
my last cycle was Test E and Deca back in the winter, in the mean time i didn't lose a strong amount of strenght , but when i started this cycle, my strenght went backwards and feel shitty all day. last week got the equi flui and i lift sissyweights at the gym.
all the people i talk to say this is OVERTRAINING. but i find that very doubtful cause i'm living the way i need to.
sleeping 10 ours/day, 4500 kcals , no alcohol, no weekend partys. 2day on, 1day off, 2 day on is the way i do it.
is there anyone who had this problem and what did you do to fix it?
as for now i'm gonna take a break for a couple of days, and see the doc tomorrow. maybe got a virus or so.
