where do i start
I'm new to this and want to learn how to do it right if i'm gonna do it. i want to gain a lot of mass (i'm 6'1 145), i eat right and workout four times a week. i have seen people give examples of beginning cycles but i didn't know if i should get a specific dose based on the fact that i'm so small. Any inout is greatly appreciated

Take whatever youare eating and eat more of it! How old are you? How many years lifitng? more about you will help others give advice.

6'1" and 145? Wow..Focus more on diet and training first. After bumping it to at least 175 or more then think of AS. Meso's right. How can you weigh 145 if you eat right? How much cal. do you take in per day and grams for protein/carbs/fat?
