I up my dose this last injection and know have a large lump and bruise.

I up my dose omly by a 1/2 cc ontop of 1 cc.
I had to reuse a needle and i know that is wrong but my x roomate stole my stash. So do you think the bruise is just from moving the needle to much or maybe i inject it to fast. Maybe the lump is the ass still threre.

Can you sucess fully reuse needles if they are soaked in alchol for a long peroids of times.

I believe, never ever re-use a pin! This is just plain not good for you. As far as your inj prob, how long ago did you do this injection?

I read the same thing, as it wont "sterilize" anything. In the case you are using a needle, the ideal would be for it to be sterile, which I believe runs a process.

The needle being used more than once was probably pretty dull causing more damage to the muscle tissue as well.

Also I dont recommend to use used needles as they are too cheap to risk

Im not a dr. or anything, but sounds like youre fine. I had a lump one time on my glute and I just kept rubbing all day long, whenever I had the chance to. It eventually went away in about 1-2 days. I would press it in and everything. Could be scar tissue build up, or you didnt go all the way into the muscle. Youre fine bro, just watch it. Make sure it doesnt grow

You shouldnt have drops of blood when you aspirate . What it sounds like is that you went either through a vein or into a vein, now its inflammed therefore the cause of the bruise/lump. When you aspirate there should ONLY be bubbles, no blood, not even a drop

I have done this quite a few times on quad injects, either nicking a vein on the way in or sticking right into one, ev time I get a good one it does leave a bruise. Probably nothing, but keep an eye on it and you will know soon.

you should never reuse a needle for two reasons...

1- your needle dulls after use, even dulls after just pulling it up from the vial. I am a RN so i know this, we change needles every time we draw up, so its fresh and sharp for injection.

2- The only way to truly sterilize any kind of metal is an autoclave, which sadly i would have to say i doubt you have one. Alcohol will not due it, not even close. And, even if you did autoclave it, its still dull from use so it would contradict what i said in #1.

    Hope this helps.
