    where to inject?

    since i've been taking test e250 i've been injecting only twice a week but was wondering where everyone else injects when they have to do it ed or eod? i rotate and do my delt and quad. left side on week and right side the other. what are some other good injections spots where it won't hurt too much?

    lol...hit your chest, its the easiest imo ... your tris wont hurt much either...

    Also with the test prop ester in sust you should do at least EOD to maintain steady blood level.

    been on there. i use one inch needles and i'm don't have the chest yet to inject there w/ that length of a needle. i do have huge calfs and decent size tris. i went on spotinjections.com but was more or less asking for exp. and suggestions and where people on the board inject.

    For a new guy to hit the pec/tri/calve/or ab IMO would be painful as hell and uneccesary as you have at least six major sites available to you before hitting smaller more specified muscles. Yes I believe latimus was joking. spotinjections.com =great info in injects, even the tough ones like bi-s and tri-s.

    yea, i wanted to stay from the bi's and tris and calves if possible. def. away from the chest.

    Glutes 1.5in, Quads 1in, delts 5/8-1in. That is all you need to worry about this soon. More than enough meat there, even for the small guys.
