at least u asnwered! Thx for not crapping all over me!! I know what it is and what it does but it supposed to take harmfull toxins out of ur liver so i didnt know if it would take out what im taking on cycle! sorry for asking a damn question. not everybody is perfect like u!!!!

Sorry..never saw that question posed like that before...It's used when you run orals during a cycle.Not really neccesary when on injectables only,but it's not bad to use tho..some ppl use it year round as a health aid.

Milk thistle is good stuff, but like trbulus and tong kat, unless you get it in extract form, like maximum milk thistle or super siliphos, it wont do shit for you unless you take like an ungodly amount of the stuff everyday. I take super siliphos everyday at 360mg a day.
