    injecting HELP???

    where would be some ideal places to inject test e?
    i did my first shot on my upper ass cheek
    but it was really uncomfortable because i do cunstruction
    and i have to walk around all day
    i was thinkig about injecting my bicepts

    when i did it on my ass i got a big lump i was wondering if it was normal for it to get swollen

    lats are pretty painless, and even the little you get doesn't bother you when lifting things up.

    id do quads/glute simply because they're bigger muscles and they're not a rotating joint like ur shoulder... IMO delts are worse if ur labouring.
