    next cycle

    that gonna be my 4 cycle im 5'10" 28y 185lbs around 10-11%bf

    week 1-20 gh 3iu/day 5on/2off
    week 8-22 prop 75-100mg/ed
    week 8-20 eq 400-600mg/week
    week 10-18 tren a 50-75mg/ed

    pct 3days after last shot of prop: first day 300mg clomid
    wk 1-2 Clomid 100mg/ED
    wk 2-4 Clomid 50mg/ED
    wk 1-4 Nolva 20mg/ED
    wk 1-4 Creatine 5g/ED
    wk 1-4 Tribulas 4g/ED
    wk 1-4 L-Glutamine 10mg/ED
    MultiVitimins and 1000mg/ED Vit C should also be included with Omega-3's and a Zinc and Magnesium supplement.
