Are we all addicted?
I know that you cant get physically 'addicted' to aas like you can to tabacco etc.
Does anyone feel though that when you are off cycle you just cant wait to get back on and feel the testosterone pumping around your veins again?
IMO you just cant beat that feeling of being pumped to the max and full of tes.
Anyone eles feel the same or is it just me?

What I miss is the big growth part of a cycle. Workouts are kickass and you feel like a monster. That being said, I dont think its addiction.

The hardest part of gear for me is ending a cycle, but it has to be done, and I have to stay in the gym without the stuff-addicted-no, In love-yes!

Addicted?Mentally I am for sure. The physiological edge really helps me.Even when I'm running 250 mg of test on a cruise.I know it won't make me grow at that dose. But just knowing it's in my system and will aid in recovery, carries alot of weight with me.Lifer?Oh yes........

Got to roll with Shortie on this one. Though it's habit forming...so is brushing my teeth, withdrawal...possibly but not physiologically, harmful to myself or others...NO! So as Shortie exclaimed, "In love-yes!".

This thread is only fuel for the nay-sayers. They can sit back and say your a bunch of junkies. I dont think that is what people who use anabolics should project. There is already enough misinformation.

Na, I don't think Im addicted to AAS....I train consistently hard ALL year around and eat right ALL year around. So I don't feel as if I need them all the time, everytime I workout. It's just an added bonus.

I think we all get addicted to the results and the self confidence it gives us. I certainly wouldnt miss the ED stabs and the sides.

The feeling you get from test is so great that, yes, I can understand why someone would describe it as "addictive". Of course it's not in proper sense of the word (i.e. the physiological sense), but as just about everyone who's used test knows, there's a bit of a psychological crash in coming down (though some of it can be attributed to the drugs we use for pct).
Other anabolic steroids seem far less habit forming to me. I mean really, who gets addicted to the feeling of "deca dick" (when that substance is used without test)? Or who just loves that d-bol bloat? Or those tren night sweats? If synthetic test somehow didn't exist but other steroids did (impossible, I know, but humor me for a second), would we even be willing to use steroids ? Some probably would, but without test, and that extreme feeling of well-being to offset the generally shitty feeling associated with many other aas, I'm not so sure the average gym rat would be so willing to juice up.Last edited by SensP; 09-27-2005 at 03:43 PM.

Its funny, before my first cycle I honestly thought it would be my only one... what a joke. The feeling I get when on cycle is amazing, which makes lifting naturally even harder. Once you feel that "Super Man-esq." pump you never forget it. I'd say i'm MENTALLY addicted. Lol
