i think that would be a great mild combo. 500 test a week and 50 ox a day. good luck!

Completely true, so let me expand upon my previous post:
If you are between 46 and , oh let's say 60
If you lift regularly, have done so for a while, and know what you are doing
If You know how to diet and sleep in a manner consistent with your objective
If you desire to build lean body mass and strength
