prop and cyp...

my first cycle is coming along as follows... (about to begin)

wk 1-10 test cyp @400mg/wk (twice weekly @ 200mg each)
wk 1-4 test prop @350mg/wk (EOD @ 100mg each)

i have nolva on hand as well as clomid. i can't seem to find the answer to this but when would it be suggested to start PCT, well moreover just the nolva. 3-7 days after my last injection of prop, or wait till the end of week 10.

i'm really looking for mass and strength, little sides, and careless about water retention. i would front load the cyp and stick to that only, but the prop just kicks in faster.

current stats 5'11" @ 200lbs... roughly 12-14% bf

1) IMO I would run test prop @ 75/ED for more constant blood levels vs. 100mg/EOD
2) Start PCT 18 days after last Test Cyp injection

20mg/ED of Nolva during cycle & proper PCT

yup, run the prop higher...even 150eod if ya want...and like he said, start pct AFTER all the cycle is done...or just run the prop straight through...or kick start the cyp with some dbol for 4 week instead of prop if ya dont care about water retention...

rather than creating a new thread for pct, what exactly would be proper pct on a cycle that i have posted. as you suggested take nolva throughout the entire cycle including the pct?

so from 20mg/ed nolva should i take that dosage through wk 1-15? then clomid aproximately wk 13-15

Proper PCT would be by Pheedno's: Start 18 days after last test cyp injection as I mentioned earlier in the thread.

Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

do i really require l-dex for pct?

so then 18 days after the last injection i will start the 30 day pct with 100mg clom + 20mg nolva, correct me if i am wrong
