I'm bout to start a 10wk sust and decca cycle,
250 sust twice a week
300 decca once a week

I have novidex and hcg . How would you recommend taking these two for my pct.

Well since its a really low dose short cycle, i'd say you really don't need the hcg .. you'd be better off getting some clomid and running that with the nolva. and since you have the hcg you could always run it right before pct at like 500 ius eod

You are taking Deca , but you are not mentioning anything to combat the progesterone gyno that can occur from Deca. You should research this some more before you start you cycle. Nolvadex is an estrogen blocker, which will help to combat the gyno related to Sust use. Deca related gyno should be countered with Bromo or Vitamin B6 as I recall. Do some more research before you jump on the Deca. Just my 2 cents.

Nope. They will do nothing for the gyno related effects of Deca . You should do some research into Deca. Here is a link...

There is tons of info on this site about it. Do a search for Deca or Bromo or B6 and you should find more info. Do not get me wrong, you still need Nolva and Clomid for PCT, but many on this board will recommend using Nolva throughout a Test Cycle (like Sust, Enanth, Cyp, etc.) at 10mg ED and Bromo or B6 through a Deca cycle. You will have to research to find out amounts of each as I cannot recall off the top of my head. Nolva does not counter the sides associated with Deca.

I wouldn't. I would save the clen for a cutting phase afterwards...but actually, I would not use clen.
