what is gyno feel like and when do you start taking nolvadex in a cycle... i am in the middle of one right now taking

400 deca
500 sust

per week and my nipples are getting sensitive... what should i do...

if you feel a lump or tingly sensation on your nipple take the Nolvadex. You dont have to take a Nolvadex cycle per se but you just need to take it if you get gyno symptoms
