Ouch!

I'm injecting Anatest and my goodness does this hurt. Both ass-cheeks are swollen huge and I can hardly walk.

Any advice on making this a less painful process?

Inject at a slower rate.Also cutting it with either sterile oil,or B-12 will help as well.Warming the oil under tap water while in the syringe can also help.

agreed, but I would warm the whole vial as to keep the syringe sterile.

ahhh...I neglected to mention that keeping the cap on the pin is a must.

I find the biggest thing for pain is how fast your injecting, the first time I did fina it would take me about 2 mins to do an injection, I started pushing the plunger the first time and it was like aaaahhh! that ****ing hurts!! but if I took my time it would be no problem, so I`d say do it slower
