    Question what if I ....................

    If i were to take clen for 8 weeks when would i take benadryl! and is 8 weeks too long??

    Every third week take benadryl at 50-100 mgs before bed for the entire week.

    ok! so on the 6th week taking 100mgs bendryl will keep my receptors good for the 7th and 8th week!?!?!?!?!!

    No..on the third week of clen,you'll take the benadryl.That will up regulate your beta-2 receptors.Then on the 6th week you would do the same.Got it?

    You keep taking the clen all the way through,even when running the benadrly.

    Hey pinnacle i was wondering about this... but i've heard that after about day 18 clen pretty much stops working... so wouldn't it be best to take benadryl every 18 days for a week? well atleast if you using it durnig pct to try and keep gains.

    not according to hookers clen profile in the profiles forum. some good reading in there check it out when you have some time.

    its actually 16 -18 days ....anti catabolic affect wears...


    but ...taking benadryl..seems to prolong the effects...although I have NOT run this protocol yet.

    i have done the 2 on 2 off..it worked..well but I WILL be trying the benadryl route next time. I plan on running clen at the end of my cycle...MAYBE during pct to use it as ANTICATABolic as my test levels are changing back to natty.
