alright im just now getting off my cycle now and it was 500mgs test 300mgs deca, im planning my cycle for late march maybe a lil sooner depending on how things go for me and how i feel when that time comes. im not planning on blowing the fvck up or anything just putting on some lean gains without totally messing with my hormones, i just want some good solid lean mass nothing huge or real big im happy at my size now i just wanna add a few more lbs on without any water weight nor having to go through a full blown out pct all the works yall get the drift lol. k here it is (ps: this will be my 4th cycle, first two were test 250mgs/wk and third i just listed above)

again im not looking for huge huge gains just some lean mass, im currently at 5 10 195lbs and around 8-10%bf so i really just wanna drop down the bf% a bit and build a good 10-15lbs of lean mass without really going all out again im not a heavy gear user and i wanna put on some lean mass without all the bs. my diet will be very strict when i get on that but as of now im bulking to as much possible and im trying to hit a good 205 bf that without really going over 10-12%bf. i drop bf real easy and dont gain much weight real easy so for now im going to try to stack on some lbs and then when im on this cycle im going to hit the cardio up and start dieting again. thanks for any advice and or help....
