were r my gains
im in week 7 of my 10 week cycle an i havent seen much gains
i am currently doin:-
weeks 1-5 b-bol
weeks 1-10 test cyp
weeks 10-13 d-bol
weeks 14-15 clomid 100mg ed
weeks 16 clomid 50mg ed
weeks 14-16 nolva 40mg ed
weeks 17 nolva 20mg ed
im training:-
mon- chest,arms
tues- shoulders ,back
wed- legs
thur- chest, arms
fri- shoulders, back
sat - off
sun- legs
eating:
morrning - toast
10am -pasta with chicken , cheese, colslaw and ham
1pm - chicken and mayo sandwiches, packet of crisps
4pm - pasta
8pm - jacket patato or mince with mash patato or wot ever ( all evening meals with a protien shake)
im 5ft 4
and weigh 9st
and have problems putting weight on this is my first cycle , but not expectin to much to soon ,,,
will the gains come soon or should i be doin somthing diffrent?

i mean your gear is bunk, sory man, but in week 7 you should have broken out and gained atleast 20lbs on your first cycle with this stuff, what are your doses?

i'd blame your diet more than anything. I'd suggest you check out the diet section and start eating alot more quality foods.

Dude - looks like you need a serious diet check. Toast for breakfast? After not eating all night?? If you want ot pack on some quality muscle - you need a good shot of protein to get your day started - like 8 egg whites or 4 - 5 whole eggs along with some oatmeal or whole grain bread or other good complex carbs. You're only eating 4 times a day? Did you do any diet research before starting? What the hell are crisps anyway? If they are crackers - lose em and replace with some GOOD complex carbs or fresh fruit.
You need to be eating about every 2 hours, hungry or not. No protein in the 4 PM meal - the list goes on and on. Make sure you understand diet and have a good workout plan or the cycle wont do shit for you.

ur diet is def. way off, more protein & carbs. space it out better thruout the day. also, guys checkout his training as well, training the same 2 muscles in the same week wont do much for growth. good luck & do some more research on diet.

Try eatin a big bowl of oatmeal, tuna, spinach, bluberries, 0 sugar peanut butter, and protein powder all mixed together... LOL it will grow some hair on ur chest. HAHA j/k
All I can tell you is to up your # of meals. Also add in grilled chicken breasts throughout the day and eggwhites with your toast. There are good diets posted in the dietin forum for u to try and get on.Last edited by Hooksetter; 10-05-2005 at 10:31 AM.

thanks guys ,, but i fill up really quickly witch is why i cant eat much,,,
i fell stuffed after eatin a small meal,,, if i could change it i would straight away
the stuff is real aswell

then eat continously small meals all through the day... then if u work out hard that training regime is too intense..

Even with your diet though you should have experienced more gains than u did. Was ur gear legit? I mean you should have exploded if it was your first cycle.

with a diet like that I wouldnt be surprised if he only put on a lil water weight.. If no water added then fake?

The diet needs lots of help but I also think you might want to post pics of the roids to see if they are fake or not smells like my 2nd girl friend FISHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ur not eating anything man...egg atleast 10 eggs a day 10-12 z's of chicken..some fish..veggies..i eat healthy pasta if im eatn pasta...3 shakes 1 before bed...hit up the diet forum it will help more than me

your diet is terrible if your gonna eat toast for breakfast add 10-12 egg white,also oatmeal with some splenda tastes great.You need alot more protein in you diet. 1.5 of protein per pound.You also need to eat closer to bed time.I think your over training, train each body part once a week once in awhile you can hit them twice. read up before wasting your time a ass,this is just some simple advice

I'm on day #1 of week #4 of my test-e 580 mg cycle. Does test-e act as an appetite stimulant?????? It must because I just ate 1lb. of hamburg, about 5 lbs of mashed potatoes, and about 20 jumbo shrimp. I'm so happy my test-e only cycle is finally kickin in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GGGGGGGgrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!

WOW, u shure do know ur sh*t man. and also, i agree for a first cycle, that is WAAAAAYYYYYY tOOOOOOOOOOOO MUUUUUUUUCHHHHHHHHHH GEAR!!! IMO!
I just started week 3 of my test E 500mg per week cycle yesterday. My arm hurts like a BIOTCH and i dont know y? probably moved the needle around again in my arm. my arms are def. increasing in size so i think im gonna have to go with 1 inch needles now. previous was 5/8 (dont ask, the lady at the pharmacy screwed up!). i cant wait for this stuff to kick in,wel in full effect, cus im already feeling the sex drive hardcore!
