no one ever answers diet quesions

sorry guys but i have asked this question about 4 times in the diet forum with no replies. im like the only one in there. can anyone please help. those who reply (nicley) to this will get a blessing sent down from the muscle god and will gain an extra 10lbs of lean mass this week.

im in week 9 of my 14 week cycle of test e and eq. my strength gains are great, and im starting to get some definition. when i started i weighed 237lbs i am now 215lbs. needless to say i had a beer gut. the guy that hooked me up with my gear also works out with me and wrote me this diet i have been on for the last 9 weeks
    7am 6 egg whites 2 yolks
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1 banana

    9:30 50 mg shake

    11:30 8oz chicken breast
    1 cup of veggies
    1 potato

    2:00 50mg shake

    5:00 pre workout 50mg shake

    7:00 post workout 50mg shake

9:30 8oz piece of lean meat and cup of veggies

i have lost a ton of fat and love handles but now im not losing any more fat and im not gaining much mass. i play rugby and run about 13-16 miles a week. i also lift for 2 hours on mon, tues, thurs, fri.

im 6'0 210-215 lbs if you see anything you can help me on please do.

If the shakes are just straight protein then you're definitly not getting enough in with that diet.

Guess that answers it. That's not enough. Your diet relies too much upon shakes. You should be getting in a lot more whole food meals with lots of low glycemic carbs if you're dieting. There's also virtually no fat which you need while dieting.

So your main goal is to put on muscle now... You're taking just protein pretty much with the shakes. You need carbs for muscle maintenance/growth as well as fats, which fill help to increase your calorie consumption.
As previously mentioned cut out that many shakes and start including whole food sources.

Get some whole foods, supplementary shakes and what not are great, but IMO nothing beats whole food sources.

I'm kind of lost, if your trying to make gains your not eating shit!

Now as far as protien this may give you a general idea of what you need.

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/calpro.htm

But I agree that you need much more solid food with protien, carbs all that shit in it. You need aLOT more calories than that to expect gains at your wieght. WHat was bf% before and after?
