yes steroids affect cholesterol values, especially orals. They are not false highs. Steroids actually lower your HDL and increase your LDL. Which is part of the reasons why you cycle on and off. You can take certain things to help w/ cholesterol while on. Nolva is one, other things are niacin, garlic, CoQ10, Policosinal, and eat lots of fiber
