Depends on the particular compound. But injection are usually the safest and most effective way to cycle any AAS.

if you happen to buy the liquid form the the sponsor they're flavored...mmmummmm! but I have heard that liquid forms kicks in quicker than the pill form. So like blindside said its pretty much what you prefer.
