Lost The Edge... Help Me..

Has Anybody Lost The Edge To Get Into The Weight Room... I Started About 5 1/2 Yrs Ago Went From 155 To 234 In That Time And Now I Stoped Growing.. Lost Alot Of Workout Partners, Sorry Bums .. The Person I Work Out With Now Is A Girl, Which Is Nothing Wrong With That But I Have No Drive To Be There... Besides Seeing Her.. She Hott.... But Still I Lost The Drive To Be In The Weight Room.. Any Suggestion To Ge Me Back Into The Swing Of Lifting... Thanks Big Bros

Well you could stay out of there for a while and get skinny as a rail again-that might motivate you.j/k Seriously sometimes a week or two off is beneficial, get you rested and re-oriented toward your goals.

Yeah Skinny Rail Would Get My Ass In Gear.. For Sure.. When You Start Your Workouts Is There Competive Drive That Makes You Be There... Like My Lame Ass Workout Partners They Left As I Was Getting Into A Zone And Know I Have The Hott Chick, She Has Great Gains But For Me They Stopped...

Try a different sport.
Powerlifting, Strongman or Olympic weightlifting. Hell with your bodybuilding background you would have no trouble getting into powerlifting (you know how to bench, deadlift and squat).
Find a meet, sign up and go have fun.

Take a week off, dont even think about the gym, do pay too much attention to diet (but still eat alot) and just relax. By the time the week is over, you should be ready to go back and hit it hard

-throw back a energy drink to give you that lil pump for the first week

I have no suggestions for you. Maybe lifting isn't for you. I have met only a handful of people who enjoy lifting as much as myself. The others come and go. I am not sure what drives me, I just really enjoy working out. "I cum in the gym and then I cum when I get home, it is fantastic".

I believe the general concensius is just take a week off ... it will do you good. It is needed by everyone every once in a while.
