Accutane? Legal?

I have had acne problems all through high school and was given accutane to clear it up and it worked great. Anyways after doing 2 cycles it is back and doesn't seem to go away. I was just wondering if accutane is still legal, last i heard it wasn't. Thanks

Just cause you can do it, dosen't mean it's legal.

The restrictions for Accutane have increased, but this latest round of restrictions is mostly about getting women to use birth control so that they don't get pregnant while using Accutane.
