What do you suggest?

I plan on taking sus for my next cycle. I am goig to be running it at 500mg a week for ten weeks. What do you think would be better: taking 1cc every 3 to 4 days or taking 2cc once a week. Thanks for any help.

Split it up, 1 cc twice per week. I prefer a sunday/wednesday split.

Remember Sus is mixture of four esters, one of which is the faster acting prop, so get the effect you need to inject more frequently.

I agree with Big Al - split the shots.

Here's an incidental note. . . When it comes to test, the Amrican College of Endocrinology's clinical guidelines recommends the same thing. If you're using a typically prescribed dose of 200 mg. every two weeks, the guidelines state that by doing 100 mg. a week (no comments from the peanut gallery :rolleyes: ), you'll have less of a peak-and-valley effect.

Therefore, even though the prescribing information for most brands of test say that you should do "50-400 mg. every 2-4 weeks," many physicians will recommend splitting the dose and injecting weekly. It evens out the effects.
