Can't feel my T3 Working?

I got that AR-R T3 and want to run about 30mcg so thats 0.15 mL

Should I feel anything working? I remember last time I took 100mcg by accident (about 4 months ago) and I was hot but at 30mcg my basal body temp is the same

any suggestions bros?

give it a day or so, if nothin, up the dose a little. ARR is very reliable, so i know its not bunk.

I think the body produces around 25mcg naturally anyway. Have you actually took your body temp? Increase the dose when you feel ready. Are you taking any AAS?

im taking anavar 50mg ed...i thoguht the body produced about 8-9mcg daily though? body temp is not up anything more than a point I would say...

at 50mcg my basal body temp goes from 36.4 - 36.7

should I up the dose until I am a full degree up or is that too catabolic? and also is it 1degree celsius or farenheit we are talking about here?

I'm not a metric guy. But in temps, you want to be 98.6-98.8F max so you don't burn muscle.

so should I just keep upping the T3 until I am in that area?
