reforvit advice?

i just started to take reforvit-b. and ive heard people say to take it orally and people say inject it. i have injected it. i havent felt any pump yet. so i'm questioning what i should do. can anyone help me with this one.

i actually dont think it tatses that bad, but i'll try it. do you know what doses to take? should i take it all at one time or space it out through the day?

yes, u can drink it versus injecting..i know BigKev says he has better gains injecting though..
