Has anyone used this yet? It is injectable right? Can it be taken effectively only twice a week like it says?

Inj B12 takes a week or so to work.
If you are using Synthelamin, I recomend that you use 1ml per day every day for the first week for a loading phase, then you use 1ml every Mon, Wed and Fri. You will be one hungry fool there after!

All Synthetek's hardcore products are injectible. The oral disclaimers are for legal reasons.

99.9% of injectible B-12s on the market are cyanacobalamin which needs to be injected daily. They are also only 1,000mcg/ml.

Synthelamin is a stack of time release esters - cyanacobalamin and hydroxycobalamin, for a total of 2,000mcg/ml. Hydroxycobalamin has a life of up to 10 days. So yes, when you use Synthelamin, you only need 1ml twice a week, some even just once a week, but I prefer twice.
And just like Mr Huge said, I also prefer first week 1ml per day, then 1ml twice a week. That is so you get abuilt up of it.
Using it this way, a bottle will last you 1 year, so the whole thing costs you less than $1 per week.

So, after all that, what I am getting at is that, yes you can use it just twice a week if you wish and it has been around for many years with lots ofpeople using it.

i have just ordered a bottel of b-12 i hope it works!!!!!!!!! i shall follow your advise 1ml for the first week then 1 ml mon 1ml thursday!!!!!
