Hey guys, I am starting week 3 tomarrow and have had GREAT results.
I am on 300mg Deca/wk and 20mg/D-bol ed and have gained a solid 10 pounds!!! I am noticing physical bulking and am starting to go up at lesat 10 pounds on all of my lifts!! BTW, this is my first cycle and it is well worth checking into for those of you who are new... here is the total layout-
wk 1-10 Deca 300mg/wk
wk1-4 D-bol 20mg/wk
wk 8-13 Winny 50mg/ed
clomid threapy starting wk 14
And of course I am taking 2 protein shakes a day along with a protein plus bar.... Also I am taking Creatine Fuel Stack from Twin Labs (3capsules) after every workout
