best way to switch needles?

What is the best way to switch needles I am doin a prop and npp cycle and i have 2 pokes before i even put it in my glute... I would to use a fresh one for the skin but dont know the best way any ideas thank

unsrew it with the safety cap on to prevent from jabbing urself

You can buy pins and the needle its self really cheap, why even take the chance. Use one pin to draw from the 2 vials, recap screw off and replace with a second to poke with.
