1 st cycle info needed????

I.m about to do my first cycle in two weeks but i'd like a little info/feedback
I have a solid strong base, I'm 205lbs, bench 275 curl 100 and have preaty much platued. Im planing a cycle of sust 250, Deca , and finish off with winny. What i would like to know is how long and how much for a first cycle.

I'm 33 and been training for 10 years. the winny i was going to do when the test and deca were finished. Should I scrap it?

Test and winny would be fine......... I would hold up on the deca for another cycle.

You could do something like this

1 - 10 SUS 500mg/wk
8 - 13 Winny 50mg ED
1 - 13 L-dex .25mg ED
1 - 13 Nolva 10mg ED

Start PCT 1 day after last Winny dose
day 1 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

You would need to wait 18 days from the last SUS injection to start PCT so running the winny the way I have it allows you to run something up untill PCT.
