pct quick question... PLEASE advise

just about to finish a 12 week cycle and need advise to be sure.

weeks 1-12 test-e 250 2xweek, eq 200 2xweek
weeks 7-12 50 winni ed
10mg nolva and .25ldex ed

should i continue the nolva and ldex? or switch to clomid?

stats 42yr/168lbs/5'6"

Run the nolva 20mg ed, liquidex .25-.50mged, and the clomid 100mg ed and taper to 50mg ed.

Anadrol /Anapolan: 24 hours after last administration
Deca : 21 days after last injection
Dianabol : 24 hours after last administration
Equipoise : 21 days after last injection
Fina: 3 days after last injection
Primobolan depot: 14 days after last injection
Sustanon : 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate : 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate : 14 days after last injection
Testosterone Propionate : 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension : 24 hours after last administration
Winstrol : 24 hours after last administration

Until pct continue the nolva. Take clomid and nolva for pct.

That just means you could run the winny up to the day before pct but you dont have to do that. You could quit both, wait and then do pct.

You use the longer of the two when determining when you start PCT. In the case of test+winny, many guys will discontinue the test 13 days prior to the Winny so that the days line up, however.

PCT with Nolvadex :
Day 1-14: 40mg ED (60mg if using liquid version)
Day 15-28: 20mg ED (30mg if using liquid version)

PCT with Clomid:
Day 1-11: 100mg (optional: 300mg on day 1)
Day 12-21: 50mg
Day 22-28: 25mg

Next cycle, do all of your research prior to starting your cycle.
