I want to use kyno which is supposed to increase the fat loss+an ECA stack...do u think it's a good idea to use kyno+ECA together?what is the best dosage of ECA?
Now I'm 205 pounds with 14 or 15%bf,how many time do you think I should do this cutting cycle (I've got a f****n length metabolism,I'm an endomorph) befor I obtain a six pack ?![]()
Do u have any suggestion about cardio rhythm?
