    Animal Pak

    Thinking about animal pak from Universal Nutrition for a multi. I heard that it has the most to offer during and after cycle, anybody have any thing to say?

    i use two packs a day...one when i wake up and one after the last meal before my workout

    its straight, make sure you pay under $20.00 though. i've seen it in stores for $30.00 plus. the AST x 32 multi is very balanced as well.

    i use animal pak BUT i use AST for glutamine and creatine. AST is a solid company. Used them for over 7 years.

    I use to take the pak, but not i'm fine taking 2 a day AST Multi-Pro instead of 13 or whatever how many pills are in there. Talk about Gag City!
